This is the final circular with the program and last minute information for all of you coming to Göttingen and attending the International Bunsen Discussion Meeting next week.

Talks of the 90th International Bunsen Discussion Meeting 2005


The meeting will start at Monday 26, at 8 am (!). For those who arrive on Sunday, September 25, we will arrange an informal get-together in the Foyer (in front of the M. Eigen Lecture Hall) of the MPI for biophysical Chemistry at 7 pm with drinks and food.

All participants who have not registered or paid the conference fee yet will have the chance to do so at the conference site.

A few informations about talks and posters:

talks:

  • time for invited talks is 40 min. incl. discussion
  • time for contributed talks is 25 min. incl. discussion
  • we will provide computers and beamers as well as overhead projectors
  • you may use your own computer but we have to check compatibility with systems well before your session
  • if you bring your talk on a storage medium (memory stick or CD) you should check if everthing works well before your session. Please inform us if you need any special equipment or software (others than Microsoft Powerpoint or Adobe reader)
  • if your are not sure or if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

Please check your lecture times.

posters:

  • poster panel sizes are 90 cm x 120 cm (and 90 cm x 150 cm) height is 90 cm in both cases
  • we will provide material for fixing the posters on the panels

The poster session will be on monday evening starting at 6 p.m. (with drinks and sandwiches).
